The Peak

I have not done an afternoon/early evening snowboarding run in a long time. I think I have only done it once before. It was pretty neat to watch the sunset from the mountain top and it got really cold. As the sun was setting, the crowd started to thin out so it became very peaceful. At one point, it got kind of creepy because I got separated from my friend and I had to ride the lift back up by myself. There was nobody around me for a long time. Overall, a good experience.

Summer Sunset

Delicioso! Shadow and I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.  I ordered the plate combination, which included a vegetarian burrito, chile relleno, refried beans and Mexican rice.  We also ordered a monster size virgin raspberry and coconut margarita.

After dinner we went to the beach and watched the sunset.  The colour of the sky was beautiful!  There was orange infused with pink and a hint of purple.  A very peaceful ending after a long week of work and school.
